Set at the dawn of the 20th century, Ragtime weaves together the stories of three families in America—exploring hope, change, and the pursuit of justice during a time of great transformation. Featuring a thrilling score and unforgettable characters, this production will bring an epic story to the Hosmer Auditorium stage.

Directed by Adam Shatraw, Assitant Directed by Janna Kozloski & Kathleen Hall, Music Directed and Conducted by Marshall Pokrentowski with Creative Consulation by Blondean Young.
WHAT TO PREPARE
Please prepare a cut of approximately 1 minute of a song from the musical theatre repertoire in the style of the show. Please do not sing anything from the show itself. (bring marked sheet music in a binder for the accompanist)
VIDEO SUBMISSIONS
For those who can not attend any of our in person audition dates, a video audition can be submitted to baldwinsvilletheatreguild@gmail.com by 9pm on Wednesday, April 15th. In person auditions are greatly preferred if possible.

Now one of the most performed shows in America, Seussical is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza! Join all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz and a little boy with a big imagination – Jojo. The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos. The powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant. Seussical is fun for the whole family!
