Employment Opportunities:

Artistic Director

The Baldwinsville Theater Guild, Inc. seeks an Artistic Director. This part-time position will work in tandem with the Producing Director to operationalize the vision and direction of the guild. The AD is responsible for artistic leadership, with duties including but not limited to, solicitation and review of show submissions, recruitment and mentorship of artistic personnel, development of special events, and direction of at least one show per year. Producing Director

The Baldwinsville Theater Guild, Inc. seeks a Producing Director. This part-time position will work in tandem with the Artistic Director to operationalize the vision and direction of the guild. The PD is responsible for production leadership, with duties including but not limited to, developing show budgets, overseeing marketing brand management, publicity, and graphic arts, reviewing show submissions, and recruitment and mentorship of artistic personnel in conjunction with the AD.
